Dryflex

how it works and why it always works

DRYflex is a two-component acrylic expanding resin that seals by pressure joints, cracks and penetrations in new constructions Drytech White Tank, and infiltrations in the renovation of existing constructions.

Upon injection DRYflex has the fluidity of water and, like water, fills the voids it encounters: from microporosity to gravel nest.

After a few moments DRYflex catalyses, turning into an expanding gel that seals by pressure (not by adhesion!).

The tightness of the waterproofing can be verified with the naked eye from inside the structure.

The resin is able to seal independently of the weather and is also effective in the presence of pressurised water.

The effectiveness of the injection – i.e. the sealing of the construction detail or seepage – is immediately verifiable with the naked eye and the elasticity of the resin allows for re-injection.

DRYflex is solvent-free and is therefore also used in the drinking water sector.

In addition, it is resistant to aggressive water, starting with seawater, and chemical agents.

The cured end product can be disposed of in the incinerator as domestic waste.
