trenchless sewer repair
Trenches sewer sealing and repair of waterproofing, by injecting resin from inside the pipes, both in the main conduits and in the side branches.
The system uses robotic injectors to check the tightness of the sewer and repair joints and breaks, including in side connections.
Leaks are sealed with injections of DRYflex expanding acrylic resin, certified for use in drinking water.

Infiltration commonly occurs in the joints of main sewer pipes, manholes, pipe crossings, lateral connections and residential connections in the water table.
Our method, based on DRYflex acrylic and biocompatible resin, is the most economical and environmentally friendly way to deal with these leaks, while stabilising the filling and structures inside the sewer pipes.

Infiltration from a pipe joint. The presence of water can also cause soil erosion and consequent loss of support for the pipeline. The robot’s inflatable seals expand to isolate the area of infiltration.
The injection of DRYflex resin seals the joint and consolidates the soil around the pipe, restoring support.
side branches
The pneumatic seal is inflated to isolate the area of infiltration in the side connection.
The injection of DRYflex resin seals the lateral connection and consolidates the surrounding soil.
