Dans un premier temps, des micropieux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enfonc\u00e9s dans le sol pour former les cloisons des deux accotements du m\u00e9tro. Un tron\u00e7on de voie ferr\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9, ce qui a permis de d\u00e9vier le trafic sur l&#8217;autre tron\u00e7on.<\/p><p>Ensuite, l&#8217;excavation et le coulage de la dalle de b\u00e9ton \u00e9tanche Drytech ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s, en soutenant les cloisons et en les pr\u00e9parant avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contr\u00f4le des fissures DRYset. L&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;op\u00e9ration n&#8217;a dur\u00e9 que trois jours, au terme desquels la voie a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise en \u00e9tat.<\/p><p>La proc\u00e9dure a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e sur l&#8217;autre voie. Apr\u00e8s trois jours suppl\u00e9mentaires, la ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise en service, les deux voies \u00e9tant ouvertes.<br \/>L&#8217;excavation sous la dalle, le coulage de la dalle pour l&#8217;assise de la voie du m\u00e9tro, et enfin la reprise du coulage, directement contre les micropieux, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Une fois le b\u00e9ton durci, les joints, les perforations et les fissures pr\u00e9vues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inject\u00e9s avec de la r\u00e9sine DRYflex, qui les a expans\u00e9s et scell\u00e9s sous l&#8217;effet de la pression.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/drytech.ch\/fr\/drytech-engineering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Drytech Engineering<\/a> a fourni des conseils sur les aspects li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, en collaboration avec l&#8217;ing\u00e9nieur en structure d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la phase de conception du passage inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #fa4616;\">Propriet\u00e9:<\/span> Trenord Chenin de fer, Milano<\/p><p class=\"frecciadrytech\"><span style=\"color: #fa4616;\">Structure:<\/span> Studio I.R.
