Cosy. Warm. Comfortable. Serviced. These are the qualities everyone wants for their home.<\/p><p>These are the characteristics of the residence, which offers an ideal living solution for people of the third and fourth age.<\/p><p>In fact, it integrates absolutely autonomous and personal apartments with the possibility of having all the services of care, assistance, prevention and socialization.<\/p><p>The added value of Residenza Martina is integration into the life of the town.
