Um sich dieser Bewegung anzupassen, sind die hervorstehenden Volumen um ein halbes Stockwerk versetzt: zwei transparente Pavillons, in denen sich der Wohnbereich befindet.<\/p><p>Im Untergeschoss hingegen befindet sich der privateste Bereich der Villa, dessen R\u00e4ume um einen gro\u00dfen, spektakul\u00e4ren Innenhof angeordnet sind, der die Verschmelzung von Innen- und Au\u00dfenr\u00e4umen best\u00e4tigt.<\/p><p>Sowohl die Ebene der Zimmer als auch die darunter liegende Ebene, die dem Haupteingang und der Garage vorbehalten ist, liegen am Hang. Der Boden ist von Natur aus besonders undurchl\u00e4ssig und l\u00e4sst kein Wasser durch, das direkt auf das Untergeschoss dr\u00fcckt.
