Die anschlie\u00dfende Entwicklung des Werks wurde bis zur Einweihung im Jahr 2021 vom Architekten Rosario Galgano geleitet.<\/p><p>Der Komplex ist eine wichtige Ressource des sozialen Dienstleistungsnetzwerks f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Menschen im Raum Lugano.<\/p><p>Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich der Kindergarten mit eigenem Spielbereich im Freien mit Blick auf den Innenhof, was zum generations\u00fcbergreifenden und vernetzten Charakter des Polis Centre beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p><p>Der gegen\u00fcberliegende Fl\u00fcgel hingegen beherbergt die Strukturen f\u00fcr die Funktionalit\u00e4t des Zentrums: Radiologie, Tiefgaragen, Lieferanteneingang, Technikr\u00e4ume etc.<\/p><p>Diese teilweise im H\u00fcgelprofil versenkte Ebene besteht aus der wasserdichten Vasca Drytech-Struktur.<\/p><p>Drytech hat auch die wasserdichte Abdeckung der Pools im Innenhof geschaffen, mit der durchgehenden Drycoat-Beschichtung in zwei Farben, die aus einer Mischung von Quarzsanden (nicht aus Farben) hergestellt wird und daher best\u00e4ndig gegen st\u00e4ndige Einwirkung von Witterungseinfl\u00fcssen ist, ohne dass es zu einer chromatischen Verschlechterung kommt.<\/p><p>Der Komplex entspricht, wie jedes neue Geb\u00e4ude in der Stadt, dem Minergie-Energiestandard, wodurch der Energiebedarf deutlich reduziert wird.
